Wholesale returns
Wholesale orders follow the same quality and carrier-responsibility rules as retail, plus: normal in-range wear (e.g. ironable transit wrinkles, minor threads, batch color variance within agreed tolerance) is usually not a return reason. Confirmed quality issues should include per-piece/batch evidence and are handled by responsibility scope—generally not as whole-order no-reason returns. See the Returns Policy.
Wholesale credit limit
With "Wholesale credit" on, the system tops up your wholesale credit wallet by the tier's qualified discount amount (no auto-refill after same-tier spend). This is asset-class deduction, not a marketing coupon, and unrelated to sitewide payment credit.
- Wholesale (B2B) orders only; not available for retail cart.
- Only offsets "this period's deposit", not balance, shipping, or full order subtotal.
- Deducted from wallet after use; when exhausted, upgrade or ops credit is required to grow again.
Deposit, balance & credit deduction
Wholesale checkout uses deposit holds: pay deposit first, merchant approves, then balance; marketing coupons/full reductions unavailable; shipping goes to balance.
- This period's deposit = tax-included product subtotal × 30% (cart/checkout "subtotal" is full amount, not what is due now).
- Balance ≈ remaining ~70% of product subtotal + shipping, etc., paid after approval.
- If wholesale credit offsets deposit: cash deposit must be at least "deposit × min cash ratio". Current site minimum cash ratio is 20% (credit may cover at most 80% ). This ratio is set in admin "Wholesale settings" so deposit is not fully offset to 0 by credit.
- So even with full credit, some cash deposit is still required; balance must still be paid—you cannot take goods for free.
Credit deduction & FX conversion
Wholesale credit wallet accounts in site base currency. If checkout currency differs, system converts by site FX:
- Available credit (checkout currency) = convert wallet reservable balance from base to checkout currency.
- Order cap = min(available credit in checkout currency, this period's deposit, and deposit minus min-cash deductible portion).
- Your entered deduction (checkout currency) cannot exceed the cap; wallet debit converts back to base currency and rounds to cents.
- If round-trip rounding exceeds available balance, clamp by wallet base currency and may adjust displayed checkout amount.
- Cash deposit = deposit − final deduction (checkout currency), and not below min cash requirement. Submit freezes this order's FX snapshot; payment process does not reprice.
- Cannot use wholesale credit without available FX rates.
