Instagram sign-in guide

Before you start

• Prepare an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). Personal accounts are no longer supported by Meta.
• Merchants must configure Instagram App ID / Secret (Instagram API with Instagram Login) in admin and activate the storefront entry.
• Instagram Login usually does not return an email. This store uses a placeholder email to keep the account link; one-click sign-in still works.

Sign-in steps

1. On the login page, click the Instagram logo.
2. Finish Instagram authorization, then return to this store.
3. If already linked, you are signed in. If not, choose to link an existing account or create a new one.

FAQ

• Why is there no email?

  Instagram API with Instagram Login usually does not provide an email. This store keeps the link with an internal placeholder email; you can add a real email later in account profile.

• Why does authorization fail or the login option not appear?

  This store only supports Instagram professional accounts (Business / Creator). Confirm the account type, and that the merchant configured Instagram App ID (not Facebook App ID) in admin.
