The top is a front-closure short jacket. A ring of white fur sits at the collar, the cuffs, and below the front opening. A white fur pompon hangs under the collar, and the buttons are gold knotted buttons. The crimson jacket has a dragon embroidered on the chest, and the sleeve bands are dragons and flowers too. The moon-white jacket has orange blossoms and a dragon on the chest, and crimson shows inside the sleeves.

Both colors share the same crimson pleated panel skirt. The middle of the skirt is a shadow weave. Around the hem run gold-thread dragons, beast faces, and small flowers, and a long ribbon hangs at the side.
